’18 Stags’ Leap Chardonnay Napa Valley: This wine opens with bright aromas of lemons , stone fruits and apples. On the palate, this wine showcases a bright and zesty and it expands midway with lots of citrus and crisp nuances of white flowers and tart green apples that linger softly and makes this one a great zipper. Pair this wine with avocado toast and braised sardines.
’16 Broadside Red Blend, Paso Robles: This delicate wine develops on the nose with fresh strawberries, thyme and pepper. This wine has a delicate mouthfeel that envelops the palate softly with juicy red fruit, gentle spice and acid frame that lightens the wine and gives it a youthful and crisp finish. Pair this wine with a whine bean cassoulet.
’17 Etude Pinot Noir, Carneros: This wine opens with deep aromas of ripe blueberries and blackberry jam and has subtle but precise note of black licorice. With a broad mouthfeel, this wine offers a layered palate of red, black fruit with intertwined profiles of wild sage and plum sauce, French vanilla and baking spice that creates a harmonious sipping experience followed by notes of mocha and cedar. The finish on this wine is long and persistent. Enjoy this wine with grilled tri-tip tacos.
