The Crossings 2017 Sauvignon Blanc, Awatere Valley: This wine showcases aromatic notes of gooseberry and nectarine, and bright citrus notes. The palate is full with fruit flavors, yet balanced with a persistent, crisp mineral finish. Enjoy with grilled prawns.
Jeremy 2015 Syrah, Amador County: On the nose this wine opens with aromas of candied cherry preserves and layers with deep undertones of ripe blackberry, cola and lingering notes of cocoa. On the palate, this wine is rich and silky that finishes with a bold and ripe fruit and hints of toasted oak. Pair this wine with roasted lamb with harissa.
Substance 2016 Cabernet Sauvignon, Columbia Valley: This wine opens with smoke and bold notes of cassis, followed by a palate of black currants and hints of plum. It’s balanced by a velvety texture that finishes with peppery finish and a solid tannic grip. Pair this wine with grilled rib-eye steak and garlic mashed potatoes.
