Tyler 2015 “La Rinconada” Chardonnay, Sta. Rita Hills: This wine opens with aromas of bright citrus and ripe apples a powerfully minerally charged, yet elegant Chardonnay. Perceptible texture gives the wine great depth while remaining extremely focused with its long, persistent finish. Notes of yellow fruit, chamomile and anise. Pair this wine with pan seared scallops.

Vecchia Modena Lambrusco, Emilia- Romagna: This wine is packed with a nose of cheerful red fruits and black pepper. On the palate, this wine expands with rich strawberries, balsamic reduction and has a bright zesty long finish. Pair this wine with spinach and ricotta tortellini in a brown butter and sage sauce.

Baron De Magana 2011 Red Blend, Navarra: This wine explodes with aromas of black fruits, toffee and cedar. It’s fruity, juicy, and ripe, with a medium body that bursts with currants and cassis, earthiness and has a long, bright and fruity finish. Pair this wine with carne asada tacos and lots of guacamole.
