The Crosings 2016 Awatere Valley Sauvignon Blanc: This fresh and vibrant Sauvignon Blanc originates from Willowflat, Brakenfield, and Medway vineyards in the high altitude Awatere Valley within New Zealand’s Marlborough region. This wine shows lifted aromas of nectarine, gooseberry, and citrus peel. Ripe tropical fruit on the palate is balanced by crisp acidity, leading to a mineral finish. Pair with oysters, delicate fleshed fish, or prawns.

Field Recordings “Wonderwall” 2016 Pinot Noir, Edna Valley: Winemaker Andrew Jones sources fruit from under appreciated or even unheard of vineyards along California’s Central Coast, managing to create unique wines that truly express their terroir. This Pinot Noir is sourced from the Edna Valley, one of California’s coolest grape growing climates. Notes of black cherry, fig, cola, and almond bark, along with black tea and clove, with a slightly spicy white pepper finish. Pair with lamb Gyro.

Sans Liege “The Offering” 2014 Rhône-style blend, Santa Barbara County: This blend of 47% Grenache, 33% Syrah, 19% Mourvèdre, and 1% Viogner is certainly a big and robust New World interpretation of a southern Rhône blend. It offers aromas of blackberry, cinnamon, Oolong tea, and crushed marble. Heavy and rich on the palate, with notes of cherry preserves, clove, ripe strawberry, and cured meat. Pair with braised beef short rib.
